We’re incredibly lucky to be the UK Distributor for both Hair by Sam McKnight (for trade), and Balmain Hair (both trade and consumers). Balmain Hair and Sam McKnight have worked together over the years, including at Paris Fashion Week AW24.
For this blog post, we’re inspired by this collaboration. We bring together both Hair by Sam McKnight’s styling products with Balmain Hair’s hair accessories, to create the ultimate guide to Wedding Hair 2024.

Team McKnight were inspired by Princess Grace of Monaco to create a chic, classic chignon, with a “dose of modernity.” This elongates the neck, flatters sweetheart dress necklines, and will help her feel like a queen on her wedding day.

The Runaway Bride
Team McKnight created a half up/half down look with smooth, voluptuous and polished waves over her shoulders. “The aisle is her runway, with her dress, hair and beauty look inspired by the latest trends and balanced with a timeless, traditional twist.” This look flatters crescent shaped necklines and curvaceous hourglass silhouettes.

The Cool Girl Bride
With Kate Moss being the muse of the overall Cool Girl aesthetic, Team McKnight created this look for the bride that doesn’t follow traditions or conventions. The soft, effortless, luxe waves elegantly draw attention to detailed, delicate necklines, and take the bride from day to night.
